Langley Gardens Apartments

I’ve been living in this lovely Community since October 2024 and I have loved every minute of it. The neighborhood is always clean and the people in this area are super friendly. Whenever I need any maintenance help in my apartment I just call and they show up to take care of it right away. I also love that there are many playgrounds for kids to play in. The ladies in the leasing office also were such huge help for me when I came to fill out my application. The process was very easy and simple. Lastly, I have everything (grocery store, laundromat, bus stations) just mins away. If you’re looking for a new area to move into I highly recommend Langley Gardens.

Langley gardens I lived here for more then 10 years.Wendy is very hard to deal with she doesn’t ever take responsibility of any office faults. Cleaning service is good the cleaning lady is over worked for that reason they have been thru lots of ladies. The apartment services isn’t kept up. Our bathroom floor had 3 different color of titles and so does the kitchen. The mice situation doesn’t ever stop. We had to get a cat to deal with them. Security impersonate police officers. They go out of the property to harass people. When drunk people are on the property or sleeping there nothing is done. Property needs new management. Karina tries to help but is held back by Wendy and really can’t help. I’ll upload pictures of the apartment thru out the years.

Security came up to me and my friends saying that we were trespassing because we were standing in front of out apartments. And once the Security learned that we lived here they would leave us alone and stayed near us for about 20 minutes for absolutely no reason. They need to get a better and more respectful security team.

Everything on the property was okay till a “security guards” appeared saying the proctect the property I’ve being living in the property for two years with no problem but about 2 days ago a security guard stopped my son when he was coming from the grocery saying that he can’t be walking outside and ask for an ID my son didn’t have it with him and then they told him would give him a trespassing ticket and he wouldn’t be able to come back because he will get arrest and He called me I went in there and discussed with the securities because I’m paying my rent I’m renting a whole apartment in the property how are these people going to try to tell my son he can’t be there when he lives in here with me that’s one of the main reason I don’t wanna renew the lease contract and move out the property
