Do not live here and do not store your vehicle here. I’ve had numerous packages stolen and I know so because UPS/FedEx/etc have shown proof of delivery photos of it in the lobby so I know it’s someone in the building. Management has made zero changes and done nothing to help in any of those situations. The garage under the buildings gate has been broken for over 50% of the time I’ve lived here (2 years) and it is $250 a month as a resident of the building to store your car. While the gate was broken my car was broken into twice and even had an instance of someone breaking into the garage (not that hard when the gates wide open) and someone pooped on my car. Every single time the management team has thrown their arms up and just said in a lot of words that they can’t do anything. Very quest

Have been a resident at Langham for about 2 years now. Never had an issue until recently. Off lately, a month to be precise there is no hot water in the morning (anytime between 6.30am-8am)We complained several times, but the response has been always cold- it’s only you who is complaining!!! I have also got a response that you should be showering at a different time since it’s really busy in morning. I don’t think that should be the response to solve the issue. This comes from the lady who usually runs building management. The place is charging you a bomb of a price, so definitely I demand and deserve HOT WATER 24 HOURS. This was my home for 2 years. First place I lived in the states. It will always have a special place in my heart. The management was always super helpful, Ivan was always a call away, fixing everything that needed to be fixed. And mary was always very sweet to us.we lived on the second floor and never had any pest issue. Sure the corridor smelled like weed a lot specially after it was legalized ,but it's Boston and a student town so I don't know what people expect. It was very exoensexp to live in, but that's generally all of bosyon, the heat worked great, never had problems with the neighbors either.
