This is a very well-kept apartment community. I’ve toured it a few times and the building is always clean, with a convenient laundry area and a nice on-site gym. The location is excellent — right on Mass Ave and close to Harvard Square. Overall, a solid and comfortable place to live.

I have been living in this community for a few years now. I really like living here, especially the Mass Ave view from the apartment I transferred into September this year. The management and maintenance staff are always smiling and welcoming. They've always helped me when needed and it feels great to actually be so appreciated as a tenant. I'm happy to call this place my home.

Despite typical issues with the apartment (just old houses, as all Boston/Cambridge residences are), CHR has been an incredible management company with super friendly staff and timely responses.
