Langdon at Spring Creek

I was very impressed with our Summer Pool Grand Opening. The new ownership is doing things right here, after being a resident here for 5 years this was the first time for a summer pool party. We have all new pool furniture; new updated exterior paint on all buildings; new stainless steel outdoor kitchen; and currently installing a resort like courtyard. I love it here!!!

Office staff is so great to talk to and answer questions and problems promptly. Maintenance requests get completed within 24 hours and the property is always well cleaned and maintained. They have just begun renovations on the whole property inside and out to make it even better! The upgrades are well worth it.

Cassandra was very courteous and gave me an informative and a productive tour. Would definitely consider this place when finalising .

Beautiful place geared toward those who want a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This place situates itself in a safe and beautiful neighborhood of Plano. The complex itself is smaller compared to others, with just over 150 units. Being here feels like a small, cottage-like oasis where everyone stops to talk with one another. It’s very family-oriented and everyone here is very friendly. The Langdon staff are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of them, from the time I searched for apartments here in Plano to the time I signed the lease. Finally, the scenery is beautiful, with so many trees among the complex and lovely décor within the courtyard and pool. Absolutely love this pl

Worst of the worst. I rate managament below zero. They dont know what exactly needed to apply for an apartment. They had me submit a request to apply after telling them that i am not at the states, after of not replying to me they told me i need to be in the states to continue the application and the fees are non refundable. I only lived for 10 months. In the first 6 moths they had me pay $725 to fix a stove that has been used for a while by former talents. The stove was already in a bad shape see the picture. This is how i got it when i moved in. Although the location is very nice but i couldn't live there anymore because of the amount if the bugs in the apartment and the poor managament
