I have lived here for a few months. I wanted to pass on how excellent the maintenance staff here is. I've had a few maintenance needs since moving in -- nothing major! just normal issues -- and Brett and his team (including specifically Javon) have come incredibly quickly, been very personable, and fixed the issues. I have lived in managed apartment complexes on and off for the better part of years, and Brett IS BY FAR the most responsive maintenance crew I have ever experienced.

Lane Lofts is a beautiful apartment complex and a great place to live. The apartments are modern and well maintained, with nice finishes and thoughtful layouts. The amenities are a big plus, especially the pool, fitness center, and common areas. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from leasing to maintenance, and they do a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s a beautiful community with a great location and an awesome staff. Highly recommend.

Our appointment with Carrie was exceptional. She did an excellent job of providing us with all relevant information regarding our apartment needs and answered all questions thoroughly. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome, most importantly the staff is incredible. The maintenance is punctual and proficient and are truly happy to help. Speaking as life long a renter I can confidently say You don’t find staff like this just anywhere! The amenities are great but people make up the community! I love it here!
