Landsel is our go to Title Company! They are always very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We can always depend on them to accommodate to our clients closings and travel to meet them anytime and just about anywhere. Beautiful offices at Easton in Columbus. Very easy to get to.

This was the title company used at my closing. Horrible experience! Don’t recommend! It has been a pain contacting multiple people at this location. Emails gather no response. No one can tell me why I was not provided a copy of my deed signed by the seller and me the buyer or why it took 6 weeks to record with the county and the date listed is different then the date of the sale. I keep get the run around telling me to contact the records person or the post closer or someone else.

My condo’s so nice, I closed on it twice! Once with Jody, once with Tina. They were both professional, fun, helpful and excellent at their jobs!

Jenny & Sarah deserve every bit of 5 stars. Sarah went above and beyond and is extremely thorough and she gets the job done. She tackles every task with urgency and she’s extremely knowledgable.
