Landmark Woods Apartments

I wanted to like this place but it consistently disappointed me. Outdated units with appliances barely working, overflowing dumpsters with non-residents dumping carloads of trash into it, the pet waste trash can that no one clears and has been overflowing for the past 6 months, toilets that take 3-5 flushes to fully clear, majority of outlets in unit not working, etc etc. The list can go on. For nearly $1300 a month in Florence for a 2bd/2bath unit, there are much better places to rent from.

Moving here to Landmark and working with Sunbelt has been by far the best experience I have ever had. Calie, Holly and the maintenance team here are so kind and warm. Welcome home was truly a heartfelt sentiment from everyone and the efficient manner in which we have gone through the process is without flaw! The ABSOLUTE worse place to live. It’s old and over priced. The staff is horrendous and not worth it. They go through office staff like running water and it gets worse with every staff change. There is mold and they have done absolutely nothing to fix it. Had to move my family away from this dump because we kept getting sick with mold issues in the walls and around the air vents. Air unit always breaking down and they never really fixed it or replaced it because it went out every month almost. Just don’t waste your money with them. Too many other places to live and it’s probably cheaper to own a home than rent from them. The worse trust me and the turnover rate is extremely high!! Horrible place to live, had roaches, outdated unit while paying $1,325. We were loyal tenants, paid our rent on time & we got charged for things WE bought with our hard earned money & we took those things when we moved out & I got charged for those things even though I PAID for them long before Sunbelt Brought the apartments. The dispute paper work doesn’t half work since they never get back to me on that. Rent goes up despite the atrocious living conditions. Never did do any inspections while we lived there. Money hungry people & we also heard from other neighbors who said the same. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Run as fast as you can away from this place . BTW the pictures they have posted on their website do not look exactly like that.

Office management is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Please don’t waste your time touring or renting this place. We had an appointment for 4pm we got there 8 minutes before. She was not in the office or the unit we were supposed to be touring. The owners should really reconsider who they have representing them
