Do not move in here ! I repeat maintenance is horrible & so is management, very unprofessional! And does not get the issues resolved . Plus they shut water off at random times , with no remorse or compensation.
Everyday, the water is shut off. You wake up, thinking you're going to take a shower and brush your teeth but no, you gotta call these people and ask why and when the water will be turned back on. Every. Day. From 10:30 am to 1pm. What is wrong with these people. Yall cant shut off the water at night, when everyone is sleeping? Edit: 11/21/25: They change the time from 10:30am to 4:00pm. Whoopdy woo. DONT EVER RENT HERE.

Okay so yall towing cars and doing all this extra crap? BUT SHUTTING OFF THE WATER EVERY 30 MINS, YALL DOING EVERYTHING BUT KEEPING PPL FROM COMING INTO THE DO NOT ENTER GATE. PPL ALMOST GOT INTO ACCIDENTS BECAUSE OF PPL ENTERING THE DO NOT ENTER GATE!!!!! MAN YALL ARE SO SORRY!!! WORST COMPLEX EVER!!!!!!
