Negligent and unprofessional. Their lack of due diligence is honestly frightening and is a testament as to why the housing market crashed years ago. After closing on the sale of my home 4 months ago, they are now vigilantly pursuing me for a sizable amount of money because they paid real estate taxes to the WRONG CITY. This type of mistake is egregiously surprising given that a property should be taxed in the same city where it resides. I would proceed with extreme caution when engaging in business with Landmark. A mistake like this along with their denial of liability in these situations should be a statement as to how this company operates and could jeopardize the process of buying or selling a home.

After the sale of our property, landmark did not want to wire us our money but wanted to send a check by mail. This is uncalled for in 2021. When we spoke with our title agent, the agent hung up the phone on us. Complete disrespect for us as clients. Be careful they have hidden fees that will only be shown at closing. They will keep your money hostage if you don't sign the final documents.

Landmark refuses to transfer settlement proceeds via wire transfer. Have to get a check. Isn’t this 2020?
