I can confidently say that working with Landmark was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The build quality of our home reflects the care and craftsmanship that Landmark puts into their work. Selection choices and building timeline are laid out for you, so each step is understood. We have been very happy in our home for 3 years now. Would choose them again and again!

I moved into my home in 2023 which Landmark constructed, that said earlier this month we had a pipe burst in the basement ceiling, luckily my wife was home a got the water turned off. As you know it doesn't take long for gallons of water to damage just about everything, so I reached out to Landmark. Although the warranty was over, they stood behind their work and covered all repairs and labor costs. This I tell you, no such thing as perfect however, if you want a builder to stand behind their work, I recommend Landmark!

We have had nothing but a fabulous experience with Landmark Homes. The construction of our new home was excellent and their follow up with minor issues has been extraordinary.
