Landmark Homes - The Crossings at Sweetbriar 55+

We are interested in purchasing a home here. We did build a home here I am very happy with our home. Very un happy how they make dumps out of unsold lots that the homeowner has to look at from the side and front porch. Piles of stone and broken concrete tires and high weeds left over wood and equipment. Happy to report that the lots have been cleared and are no longer dumpts.

We moved into our new home last year and couldn't be happier. We had a great experience working with Landmark to pick out everything for our new home. Construction was on schedule and after you move in Landmark checks with you on and off for a year, to make sure everything is going as planned. Our community club house is lots of fun with happy hours, pot luck dinners, yoga, game night and bus trips..... Looking forward to spring so we can walk on our beautiful walking trails. Everyone is friendly and we love to welcome new neighbors.

Judy and I moved into the community in June of 2018.The house has exceeded our expectations for layout, design, and quality throughout. From start to finish, from selecting our parcel of land, through reviewing the plans, the Design Gallery, meetings and walkthroughs, to settlement, every step of the process was made easier by the great staff at Landmark. They are an exceptional group to work with. Mollie Bering, the sales manager at Sweetbriar, did an outstanding job of shepherding us through our journey, and provided pictures on a regular basis during construction.

My husband and I are retiring soon. We are currently looking for a retirement home outside of NY. Had an appointment with the Community Sales Manager and her Assistant. We were very impressed with everyone and everything we saw that day. In fact, this was our day's highlight and was the main topic of our conversation. We decided then this will be our permanent residence soon... God-willing 🙏.

We just went there to pick up furniture, but driving through it seemed very clean and quiet. The homes there are all painted different colors and nice too. The person we visited said that their HOA was only $65 per month since they own the land. This is a 55+ community
