Landmark Homes - Hawk Valley Estates

We have lived in this community for almost a year now and we love it here! It's a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that feels very safe - great for families and both young and old. Landmark was such a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend them enough. We were able to fully customize our home which was huge selling point for us. These aren't cookie cutter houses - each one is unique in it's own way. Kristin is the Sales Manager for this community and she is such a joy to work with! Aside from being very knowledgeable of the whole process, she is very caring and always stays in touch. You'll love working with her! We would definitely build with Landmark again!

Our honest review of working with Landmark Homes in Hawk Valley Estates. There were many pros and cons. The pros are communication, sticking to construction timeline, effortless process of designing and making home selections, customer service and the neighborhood/location. The community sales manager, Kristin, and the design gallery consultant, Elysia, were fabulous to work with! The cons are quality. We have had both minor and major issues during and after construction. Fireplace cracking, leaking well, warped exterior siding, exposed screws in kitchen island, sump pump drainage pooling in yard, and electrical outlet malfunction for furnace resulting in no AC for 24 hours. (And the subcontracting company JSL refused to make an emergency visit until a Landmark representative stepped in).

My experience with Landmark was a positive one. Having never built a house before, I was very pleased that this process was not challenging, and Landmark was very helpful during every phase. The construction of my home seems very solid and airtight. The staff (Kristin, Elysia, and Bruce) were very knowledgeable and attentive to any questions or concerns.

Kristin Larusso is the best. She worked with us very patiently and tirelessly through design process making multiple changes repeatedly without losing any patience. She was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. She is a true treasure, landmark homes is blessed to have her!

HOA is insane here, If you would like to live a normal life, I wouldnt recommend moving here.
