I met with the property manager today and was very dissatisfied about how he treated my time and management & knowledge of the property. It was very unprofessional and the conversation we had prior to meeting up he completely disregarded. He did not really seem interested in running out the property more of me just filling out the paperwork so he could get back to whatever he was doing before. Charging a high price on a very low end property just shows what poor quality of a company this is if they can’t even answer basic Knowledgeable questions.

I am writing this review to let others know my experience. I moved into a home on 11748 Raleigh drive and from day one I had water leaks piping issues problems in general. But my bigger concern came from the way me and my family was treated by not only the company but from the neighbors and I believe it was discrimination based on my color and the fact that I owned pitbulls in a all White neighborhood. It doesn’t surprise me that the company evicted me not even owing them money it was to make the neighbors happy it was unfair and unjust so now they have decided to try and sue me 6 months later even after we went to court and as long as I moved I owe these slum landlords nothing. I see Nebreska is one of the most racist states I have ever dealt with all I tried to do was give me and my fami

Very bad management high cost for rent never fix the problems that we addressed to management months back no response from office staff only when rents due😤🤯🤬
