I've been living here in an apartment for over a year and have been thoroughly impressed. The layouts for each apartment are different and well-designed, and the location is ideal, just off the main strip. The maintenance team, including Robert and Fernando, is exceptional—they handle requests quickly and efficiently. Overall, it's been a great experience with no complaints.

Beautiful home, highly detailed. You can tell a lot of special attention was paid to creating a unique experience. My apartment has its own rugged, industrial identity. Kim, my personally assigned property manager, is fantastic at answering my questions and helping give me information about my home in a timely manner. She is very friendly and puts your best interests first. Each floor plan is different and having her by my side through the selection process felt very laid back and pressure-free. I can definitely say for my first property I am highly satisfied and would recommend living here to any responsible adult who wants the cultural, downtown city life.
