I would like to update my previous review and apologize for the misunderstanding. Since then, the office staff has been very helpful. Nikkia in the leasing office was kind, professional, and responsive to my concerns. She made sure my issue was taken care of, and my washer was replaced promptly. I truly appreciate the support and communication from the team, especially Nikkia. Thank you for resolving the issue and for the great customer service .

They’ll behave nicely at first, and then act like you have to wait months for any repairs to get done. You call and they tell you the same thing “we will talk to maintenance” blah blah blah. They take forever to get to the tickets and probably don’t even have a system to do them in the order they’re given. Very very bad employees with an attitude. PAYING tenants are priority and should be treated amazingly each time you have any and all interactions with them. ESPECIALLY if they have any concerns. Imagine you’re paying rent for a unit that’s not even taken care of by the staff. . Hope this helps. I haven’t even lived here for a month and I already regret it. I won’t be renewing my lease based SOLELY on the lack of professionalism by the leasing team. The apartment itself is beautiful, my partner and I love it. The environment is nice, the amenities are cool. But the management team absolutely is one of the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It’s a shame because I really liked this place at first and the team seemed competent. But it’s all for show. They talk a good game, smile in your face to seem like kind people, but the second they have your money the switch up is insane. Where do I even begin. I’ve only been living here for 6 months and have been having the worst experience living here. Genuinely can’t wait for my lease to be over, I would never recommend this apartment to anyone ever. Since I’ve moved in there has been a mice problem, that is still not being taken care of. My bathtub & bathroom sink clogs every week. Maintenance has came about 3 times to try to “fix” it and it stayed fixed for a week max. I smelled gas in my kitchen and called 911, the fire department came and let me know that I HAVE TO get a new stove because the problem was the stove. I let the leasing office and maintenance know this. A maintenance guy came by the day it happened and let me know that they’ll order a new stove after taking a look it. I don’t normally make reviews on things, I’m more of a reader but I had a remarkable exchange with someone in the leasing office earlier in the week. Jay was excellent about answering questions, helped me understand what I needed to inquire about the process of leasing an apartment and had overall great customer service. All that’s left is on my end, I plan to tour the complex soon. Hope she sees this shoutout Jay Francis!
