Mr Alvin Holmes deserves a 5 Star rating he is very professional he truly gives customer service a true meaning of going above and beyond. Each time I had a question or issue with the application process he was ready to assist he made the process so easy for me. Mr. Holmes please keep that same professional stellar attitude it goes a long way.

The application process and any questions were handled by Alvin when I applied to an apartment at landmark, and I genuinely can't praise him enough between the insane response times and clarity he gave during a relatively stressful time. Usually it's pulling teeth with applications and going through all of the hoops of viewing a unit, applying, and then getting someone to answer any questions but genuinely, Alvin made the entire process 100% better and I am happy to have chosen landmark as my place of residence!

I have lived here with my roommate for over a year. Pros: no hidden fees, easy to get in contact with office and maintenance. Communication with Alvin has been great as he is kind and responsive however we feel as if our concerns have never been fully addressed. Cons: poor upkeep of building (1950s) such as paint peeling, the gutters overflowing with debris causing flooding, no maintenance/ cleaning done in the common area of the building, unit was not properly cleaned prior to our lease as there was still food stuck on the floor and counters. We also had water damage in our ceiling, the issue was fixed however they left the water damage and had someone paint over. It’s not even sanded properly so you can still clearly see the damage.
