Landmark at Cypress Falls Apartments

I have lived here for a few years and I have no complaints. The Office Staff are really nice and always willing to Assist and work with you with whatever issues or concerns come up. The Maintenance Staff are superb. They are really responsive and always resolve/fix my issues. Alberto is always super nice and stays on top on any issues. He keeps me inform always provide me with expectations if the issue will take longer to resolve. Just a great staff & Team to work with..

I recently moved in, and overall, my experience has been good . The community is fantastic, One thing I would love to see improved is the accessibility of the gym. I’m an early riser due to my work schedule—having to be at work by 5 AM and don’t get back home until 6 or 7 PM. It would be incredibly helpful if the gym opened earlier in the morning to accommodate people like me who have tight schedules. Other than that, everything has been wonderful!"

They sent an offer for the renewal before the 60 days, but never got an email or notification, the offer was only good for 5 days. When I went into the app that is the only way for communication it had expired weeks before. When going to ask them about it the offer was no longer good and had to regenerate and I was given a higher rent renewal rate. On top of adding trash valet as a MANDATORY fee.

As far as the complex, its good overall. Only issue was when they stole my motorcycle from the parking lot and I do suspect someone that works there knew something and just didnt want to say anything. But I have no solid evidence so.... Other than that its decent place to live.

I am a proud new resident of the apartment complex. I am simply amazed at the hospitality, professionalism, and quick action Kandis and staff have shown. They helped answer every question and concern we had. They also were able to work on our application extremely fast. The apartments maintence is great as well. The grass is always clean and well taken care of. There are always enough parking spots for all residents. Residents care for the community and dont liter. Not to mention the layouts of the apartment and how spacious everything feels. We can't picture living anywhere else, and we're glad we found these apartments. I would highly recommend anyone to check this place out.
