Landmark Apartments

I have lived in Landmark Apt for almost five years. We have recently been made aware of a change in property ownership and many adjustments coming. I wish and hope for patience and fairness for all involved. I leave this review to make sure to express gratitude to our current property manager, Shannon, and our maintenance team, who have always been responsive, reliable, attentive, and positive! Currently, we have Darius, Darren, & Christopher on staff. Thank you guys for being wonderful to work with. Thank you Shannon for your quick and immediate attention, and a very positive experience allowing me to feel safe where I live! I hope to continue to see you all, but if I do not, best wishes and all the blessings to you and yours❤️❤️

I have to leave this review for Shannon who my family and I will miss. She is the most patient, kind, and hardworking property manager ever. Ive live here 5 years and Shannon has always been a pleasure. I wis her well on her life’s next endeavors. Also, Shoutout to Darrius as he is a great maintenance supervisor. Always working hard and moving diligently

Huge thanks to Darius, the best maintenance guy ever! 🙌 when I used to lives there I had a problem with my AC he came fast to fixed it he did not only fixed my AC but also found and repaired the leak that everyone else the plumber came they couldn’t find. the problem. it’s was crazy but when he came he looks he find the issue we need a good people like this guy Darius I think he’s from Africa very hard worker, I was talking about to my boss…… Mrs Shannon Moore 💕 thanks a lot for all your help please send my application to him…………If he still work there

Ms Shannon in the rental office is a very Nice and patient lady. The maintenance man (Dauris) is really efficient with his time and work. Also Darren alway get the job done nicely and friendly. Always quick to fix something when needed. Thank you guys for everything!

Maintenance Darius does excellent work he’s always on time and gets the job done very professional has a great personality performance is awesome
