Landmark Apartments

I've been living at landmark apartments for 3 year now and I've been around to other buildings in the area and I can honestly say that the quality of the staff does matter and the staff at landmark is definitely top tier the building is a historical landmark and I love the fact that it makes me feel connected to the feeling I had growing up and it makes me feel like I can definitely raise a family here. Thanks landmark employees for your hard work ethic and family oriented vibes that you have given me A+

Bennetta Pender is a great property manager. She is attentive and responsive to her tenants needs. She is the ultimate professional. Please keep Ms. Pender aboard! She is an asset to the team. The Thanksgiving event was awesome

Just don’t rent here!!! Horrible property infested with mice and you’ll be constantly harassed and accused of false information. And then when you try to give payment for rent it won’t be taken but then get complaints of nonpayment like you aren’t even trying

This morning as I stepped into the lobby, there was a beautiful Christmas Tree. It truly is a pleasure having Ms BENETTA as our new manager . .

I currently live here and today November 23, 2022 management gave the residents an Pre Thanksgiving Brunch. Everything is so nice. All this was wonderful. Thank you very much.
