Landmark Albany

Writing this review after two weeks of move-in. The entire process of leasing for me was smooth and supported by extremely professional and helpful people. Jess and her team have built an exceptional team here. Be it maintenance, help with the movers, or something as small as printing. The employees here have gone above and beyond to make the process effortless for me and I'm sure others had the same experience. The property is squeaky clean, green, and according to your preference comes with a variety of views. Jess has been completely transparent and communicative, especially for someone who moved from outside the state and relied heavily on email communications. Kudos to the team for being the best rental management there is.

I would say it is the best apartment I have ever seen. I lived here for 2 years and now moved because of relocate. Landmark has the best maintenance team and leasing team. All the problems can be solved in a short time, and also the emergency maintenance is always super helpful. Highly recommend those who wants an apartment in Albany to choose this place. It is quiet and not far away from both Trader Joe’s and Wholefoods.

My roommate and I have lived here going on 2 years. Great faculty and facilities, rent has remained reasonable given what is offered. Only issues we have had is due to the construction of the parking garage for CNSE (NY CREATES) and individuals parking here making parking after 6pm a nightmare, but kudos to Jess and team for having a plan and executing it.

This a a true luxury apartment complex within walking distance to shopping at Stuyvesant Plaza and to the three mile walking loop around SUNY Albany. It has spacious living space, modern appliances, a modern fitness center and available in-door parking. It can be a big adjustment for people who are downsizing from a house but it is a great value for the money and includes streaming and internet.

The best apartments in Albany! Management office and maintenance team is very responsive , understanding neighbors , well lit complex , safe to walk around and we had an awesome experience living here ! It was a smooth process from start to finish, high recommend this apartment community. Truly happy to call this home 😇
