Since day one, the staff at Landlord Resources have been courteous, professional and responsive to our questions or concerns. The building, common areas, and parking lot are regularly maintained, and the few times we have had any kind of problem, Landlord Resources addressed the problem right away. About 10 years ago, there was a small water leak that was discovered in the middle of the night at our store, and after notifying me of the problem, Mr. Loeb himself showed up and helped us move computers and furniture to help minimize damage, and had a cleanup crew there the next morning to dry everything out.
