Landings at Cross Bayou

i have been here for a few months. not only a great location, but very nice units and clean and well kept area. Diane and Tiffany with management are very prompt and responsive, and the maintainance crew is polite and competant. its a blessing 👍

I had to come back and update my review of this place. Anyone who says it's wonderful I understand places to stay at a very low rate are hard to find, but let me tell you the truth about this location. I have receipts because I used to live here. 1. They have a major mold issue, something I found out the hard way, I ended up on a very large dose of predisone 60mg(wow, yea I know) which I stayed on for almost 10years(man oh man did it cause health issues, but I'm now taypered off and reversing the damage). Due to the black mold, penicillium(same mold penicillin is made from ), dust mites(also allergic too), bacteria, fungus and the myotoxins created from the mold spores. This the best place in town to be part of this apartment complex. They are apartments but they make you feel like you're living in a mansion. Staff are awesome professional and caring courteous above all. God keep blessing you all. Every one in the staff. Keep up the good work.

I live here and my rent is amazingly low I waited 2 years on the list to get in the staff are very nice and courteous if you have an issue with something wrong in your apartment they take care of it immediately and I've had a very enjoyable experience living here

there is something wrong with the water for sure!! curtains turn red, walls turn red, water is extremely hard, people end up sick with upper respiratory infections, or break out in rashes.
