Landings Apartments

Asked to speak with the manager months ago no response. There is a plexiglass window in my daughter room that allows all types of insects in. By the way they get in her bed so she doesn’t sleep there. When I first moved in there where roaches thanks to combat gel and raid they are gone. But now as I told them months ago there is a mice problem. Please don’t pay all this money to live in the slums. They care about anything but landscaping but don’t care about these old apartments. Maybe there is some residents with good apartments but not mine. Even the faucets are falling apart they updated cabinets but not the faucets. Good luck and pray for a good one if you move here! This place is absolutely terrible. Please don't rent here. I've been here since August and my apartment is falling apart. My WHOLE breaker needs to be replaced but the new property manager just TALKS OVER ME whenever I call him to express my concern! I had to get a family member to come fix my dryer and he even said we need A WHOLE NEW BREAKER. I asked the manager if he would like to speak with my family member, who does this for a living might I add, and the manager just continued to speak over me! I had to get my fiance to call him and tell him to get someone here TOMORROW. The manager is so rude and doesn't understand that this is a FIRE HAZARD that I am paying $560 a MONTH for!! Not to mention my apartment is badly patched, parts of my floor are buckling, AND part of my carpet is STILL

I can not reply to the reviews below due to previous owners/management seem to still control it until google releases this listing (which is somehow not the official google listing but a variation of our name), therefore I am going to post this response as a review. The Landings was purchased this past year, we inherited a lot of problems of which landscaping was just one. We have been proactively trying to fix any problems we find and fix them properly so that they stay fixed. Since the purchase of the property yes we have landscaped the property, cleaned the outsides of the buildings began repainting the exteriors and replaced the breezeway lighting, but that is just what is visible. Had a man die below me sat in the room over a month and decayed nobody is cleaning it up the whole area stinks and we are all having to breath it in asked for help the office shut the door and ignored me absolutely sad flies all over the window can smell it from the parking lot absolutely the worst place to live that poor man!

Biased review because I am part of the team that manages this property but we feel that we provide a reasonable place to live at a reasonable price and local onsite maintenance
