Landing Furnished Apartments at Cedar Broad

I’ve been living here for a while, and I’ll be honest, when I first moved in, things weren’t ideal. However, in the past few months, I’ve noticed some significant improvements that have really made a difference. Kelly who is part of new management team has been responsive and more proactive with communication, which is definitely a step in the right direction. (KELLY FOR PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!) While there are still some areas to work on, it’s clear that they are committed to making this a better place to live. If they keep up the improvements, I’ll be happy to upgrade my rating.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have sooo many reasons why you guys should not move here! The management has been changed twice and it gets worse and worse! The refrigerator breaks occasionally they came and replace the fridge just for it to do the same thing, leak from the bottom and stop freezing my food, they don’t communicate anything at all the website to pay rent was down for about 4 months and they communicated the last month they will never answer the phone the specifically listens to it ring it’s sick and also ever since the new management came along this place as been roach infested the out side doors also allow bugs to freely walk in and out it’s horrible the apartment it’s self is nice but everything else is a no

I have recently moved in here , and I love it ! I especially love Kelly , she will advocate for you until the very end . They are all professional and try to help you in the best way they can .
