Extremely Unsafe and Poorly Managed – Attempted Break-In and Unfair Charges I stayed here as a short-term renter and experienced one of the scariest nights of my life. Around 4 AM, someone who appeared drunk or on drugs violently tried to break into my apartment. They were banging on the door and yelling for several minutes. I had to call 911 and wait for the police, terrified that the door might give in. After this incident, I immediately requested to transfer to another unit for safety reasons. Instead of showing understanding or offering any help, the management used the situation as an opportunity to charge a higher rate. They refused to provide any discount or compensation, even though the new unit was booked last minute and significantly more expensive. It’s completely unacceptabl
