Landing Apartments

For the most part, this is a great place to live. There was only one tenant in my unit before I moved here as the building was finished in July 2016, so it’s new and clean, well kept. Management is great to work with and repairs or complaints are addressed promptly. Parking lot and sidewalks are cleared of snow in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the complex and grounds were smoke free when I signed my lease and new owner/management has changed that policy. The smoking area is very close to my windows so now I smell smoke constantly. If not for that, I’d give five stars.

I loved this place and they say it is a smoke free facility, but that is a lie. There is constant smokers outside of our apartment and nothing is done about it anymore. It used to be zero tolerance, but now they can smoke all they want in their vehicle with the windows down. I wasn't able to have our windows open at all last summer due to this. To reply to the "response from owner" I am not mistaken and you know very well of what I speak. You let people smoke out in their vehicles and smoke next to the garage. The smoking next to the garage helped this past summer, but the smoke still goes right into our place.

The truth is that I am very disappointed that they do not respect the law of not smoking inside the apartments because they do not respect the right of non-smokers and we end up being passive smokers that can be important for people who have family and children.

Been living here since they became available, love it here. Beautiful new apartments and staff are friendly and always respond when needed!
