If I could give 0 Starz I would. They blew my phone up daily to purchase my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. They originally advised i was walking away with one amount even though I disclosed i had a current mortgage balance. I was advised my net amount wouldn't change. Lies. So then the coordinator texts there is an issue with the title. No it's not there was a separate contingency i had to remain in the home for 15 years. Im on year 16 currently. The house was soooo nice they didn't want to sell anymore they wanted to retain it as a rental but I wasnt even netting thr equity from the home in this sale. When I brought this to their attention and advised i would be leaving a review regarding thr misleading information provided while i was in thier dialer que i received a "Mutual" Rejection caus

If negative stars were an option, we would choose them. Gloria has demonstrated unprofessional and discourteous behavior, and her company consistently shows a lack of urgency in addressing tenant and landlord concerns. Additionally, there have been instances where security deposits were wrongfully withheld. Based on our experiences, we would not recommend her or her company’s services under any circumstances.

Beware of working with Gloria. Rented a home from this company only to find out an acquaintance friend I know owned it. I typically dealt w/ that person pertaining to the home but whenever I had to deal w/ her, from the get go she was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She will treat you as if you are beneath her and acted entitled to speak or text you however she chose. If you don’t want to be treated poorly, go elsewhere. I work in corporate America and have come across unprofessional but this was really unprofessional. Getting out from under her was the best move I’ve made. 2 stars is for being grateful for the house I did have.

Prior to our move to Pittsburgh, we rented a house through Landco Properties. Our experiences with Gloria & Charlie could not have been better. Anytime any issue came up concerning our rented house it was handled in a timely & courteous manner. We would definitely recommend Landco Properties!

Gloria and Charlie are very friendly and professional! They found renters that took good care of our house. When our renters moved out, they also helped us with selling our house. I recommend Landco Properties to find good renters and buyers.
