Probably th worst title company I have ver dealt with. Very slow, super unresponsive, dont expect anything to be done quickly with them
Poor communication! Sold my house from out of state, when the notary came is when i found out that my expected gain of 8-10k from selling my house is 0, in fact i had to pay over 2k because everything went over the sale price. My realtor didnt even know! So, that and not having a heads up is why I am not happy with them.
