Everyone was very professional and accommodating. They were able to assist with getting a power of attorney to be able to sign for my spouse as they were unavailable at the time of closing. Would highly recommend them!

Not only did i not close on the day I was told I was closing but 6 days after. Having a whole month to take care of all funding and paperwork in order for me to move in. Once papers sign I still didn't get a key to my own place because title company didn't clear sellers loan yet, holding me back on getting water appt switched twice as well as my household goods deliver a whole week after.... very unprofessional situation to a buyer willing to commit to the whole process and had provided everything needed on my part. If you as a title company five a day for certain things to happend keep your word. Oh and I didn't get my garage door opener either. And trash was left in the garage too.

We purchased a piece of property and was told by Land Exchange we did not need a survey, well needless to say a couple years later we sell the property and there is a problem with the deed and the survey. Land Exchange put the blame on us, but I entrusted them to make sure everything was correct, which did not happen.
