I needed to sell my waterfront lot recently, and I reached out to several land agents in the area to assist with this. Out of all the inquiries, Land Company of Texas (LCoT) impressed me the most from the initial phone interview. They came across very professional and ready with a land valuation price for my lot during the call. I appreciated the upfront land valuation because it showed me that they knew the area, and how long other lots in the area were on the market.
