My first conversation with Steve Lance really stood out...he was professional, easy to talk to, and gave me a lot of confidence right from the start. From there, Lindsey Townsend took over, and she was absolutely fantastic. The entire process, from beginning to end, went so smoothly. I called about a property and told them I was looking for an agent to help me find a new home. His response was look at the website and call if I found something. They could show me any property. Certainly not a place for help finding a new home. I wouldn't call them back even if it was a property they had listed. Worst realty company I have ever talked with!

Steve Lance and Lindsey Townsend handled two of our properties we sold. They stuck it out with us through multiple obstacles and the end result was SOLD PROPERTIES! I love Lance & Associates because they are really helpful and helped us with the purchase of our home in Emmet, AR a few years ago. Lindsey and Steve are the best!! I went to their website to look at properties. I wasn't really impressed with the website. It should have been more consumer friendly and easier to navigate. As beautiful as Hempstead County is, Lance & Associates should really consider highlighting the natural beauty of the area on their website. I saw amazing birds, butterflies, deer, foliage yet none of that is even hinted at on the website.
