Lancaster Management

Lancaster has done a great job mowing and also with snow removal on our very steep driveway. They also did a nice job repairing a broken culvert pipe. I love that they send an email notifying us before they come. That is very helpful since we’re not always there. We have found them to be very responsive.

Lancaster Management has been a godsend in that I know everything will be taken care of as if I was living in the home- I can trust them to perform top notch work on my vacation home year round. They’re honest, thorough and reliable.

Lancaster Management has done maintenance work on our property and recently did major work on our pond that required dredging the pond, removing material down to the clay base and laying 10' wide fabric around the periphery to suppress weed growth. They then secured the fabric and put river stones on top of the fabric. The result was beautiful. More importantly, we hope to swim in it this summer! Thanks, Lancaster! Sandy W.

We are thrilled with the services that Lancaster Management provides — everything from firewood and plowing to some major construction work inside of our cabin. The office staff is terrific and conscientious whenever we communicate by email or phone, and we are always able to count on getting exactly the services we have requested.
