Lancaster Lofts

I moved into my apartment a few months ago, and have been so happy here! It is quiet and clean, I have found everyone to be kind and friendly! The complex is very secure, with cameras and a key fob system- I feel really safe here, which was a huge priority when I was looking for a new space. I had one minor maintenance issue when I first moved in. It was acknowledged within 5 minutes of my request, and fixed within the hour. The maintenance guy and the leasing agent (Debbie) are the absolute best! It is rare to find such down to Earth staff at an apartment complex. Also, the application process was a breeze. Please don’t live here. It’s SO over priced, with little to no amenities. There’s poor communication and they will rob you of your security deposit! WARNING: my husband and I had over a $900 security deposit. Within the two years we have lived here, we have kept our apartment top-notch! We have no pets and do not smoke. Also, there was zero damage left to the apartment and it was spotless when we left! Unfortunately, Lancaster Lofts will make you pay for basic wear and tare. We only got back $300… we were robbed! This is very unfortunate that good tenants get repaid in such a way. Just prepare yourselves! Btw I NEVER leave bad reviews so this is disappointing to leave :(

Great experience and friendly service when first moved in. Property managers are very kind and helpful. Property itself is well kept, nice, and convenient.

I’m in my second year at Lancaster Lofts and have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are clean, modern, and well-maintained. Maintenance responds quickly to emails, and management is always professional and helpful with any concerns. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience.

I adore this apartment complex. I live here with my partner as an LGBT couple and I feel the need to commend Maisie, Ally, and all of the maintenance staff. Whenever there is an issue, they are always there to assist. They are happy to listen to your concerns and do their best to get what you need. It is the perfect apartment for moving out from your family and starting your own life. The utilities are not expensive in the slightest, I take very long showers and I think I only really end up paying 15 bucks total in utilities [not including electrical!]. The only thing I'd recommend is to have a different way to do laundry than the laundry mat on site but isn't that going to be the same anywhere you share a washing machine with other people?
