I’ve been living here for 13 yrs now. The new manager and team are exceptional. Maintenance request are handled within hours, and their communication is outstanding they don’t just send emails or notices, they actually call. When a schedule walkthrough fell through due to staff changes, the manager immediately stepped in, apologized, and personally handled everything.That level of professionalism and care truly set this community apart. I toured this community today and had a great experience with the staff. Although there was no availability, they were friendly, professional, took the time to clearly explain the income-based application process. As a disabled veteran, I truly appreciate the respect and patience they showed. The customer service was excellent and definitely worth recognizing.

I’ve been living at Lancaster Apartments for almost a year, and I couldn’t be happier. The management team is friendly and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The property is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. I really like the location — close to stores, restaurants, and the freeway. The amenities like the gym and pool are always well-maintained. Overall, I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Poor Quality Renovation Work I was displaced from my apartment for a full week due to renovations and was very disappointed upon returning. The apartment was left in unacceptable condition. There was red clay dirt throughout the carpet in every room and up the stairs, which could not be removed by vacuuming and required professional cleaning. I also stepped on broken glass in my bedroom, indicating the unit was not properly cleaned and posed a safety hazard. The workmanship was poor: visible paint runs on walls and trim, cabinets only partially painted, and the washroom was not painted at all. Broken doors were painted without being repaired, and only one side of the doors was painted. Additionally, floor tiles are now lifting following the work. JACIRA (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) but she is honestly the most sweetest,humbling, informative representative here at Lancaster. Since the moment my mother and I walked in she helped us and informed us on everything and anything. My mother had been living here for a month now and she has nothing but sweet things to say about her. Courtney is also so caring and helpful. The best team here by thus far!
