Lamplighter apartments

BEDBUGS!!! We moved in and a month later our BRAND NEW bedroom set was infested! We called to inform them and no one came to do anything, they said we had to handle it ourselves because there is a bedbug statement in the lease. (Every apartment has a bedbug statement but they don’t disclose if they actually have them). Just be aware! We spent a lot on treatments and they just never went away. Other tenants disclosed to us that they had the same issue. We paid rent late a few times during Covid, but we still paid! Still didn’t feel like we deserved this, especially when during that time we were MANDATED to stay inside. MAINTENANCE DOES NOT STAY NEAR PROPERTY If something happens or you need assistance it’ll take weeks because everyone is employed out of an office in Houston. The only good
