Lamoreaux Farms

We absolutely love living here! Maintenance is on it, the property is well taken care of ( even in the winter months) We recently were made aware that we had overpaid on deposit, they’re so honest that they actually reminded us and credited it to the account! I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for rentals.

We love living here! The owners are so friendly along with the people living here. Well maintained and so quick to answer any issue that may arise (there hasn't been really any on our end but if so, it was taken car of within a day or same day). So nice to have a garage, especially in the winter. They do community events which are fun and great to meet those who live around you. Great place overall!

I have lived in Lamoreaux Farms as well as before in their sister property Bayberry Pointe for a total of at least 5 years now, and I have been extremely happy with my stay. They have been so wonderful and accommodating, and I can’t think of any complaints whatsoever! Beautiful apartments, fast and quality maintenance, extremely responsive staff, and just an overall great sense of being cared for and valued as a tenant! I have been living with this company for a long time now and would absolutely recommend for anyone I know to live here!

Spacious, quality built, in-unit washer and dryer, huge garage, covered deck, peaceful setting, close to downtown Rockford, and most importantly, the staff on site is second to none. Britt has been amazing with everything, and her attention to detail is spectacular. I can not recommend Lamoreaux Farms enough! We absolutely love our place here and look forward to enjoying our time!

If you are looking for the best apartment complex in Rockford, this is it! When we were looking at moving back to Rockford from Iowa, we were looking at everything that was available in Rockford. Our favorite choice, not taking price into account was Lamoreaux Farms. Then we found out it was less expensive than many of the other options. It’s quiet, close to the highway, just a walk away from Culver’s ice cream, or a short drive to downtown Rockford. However, the best part of our experience is actually been the staff. This is Locally owned, and you are treated that way. They are very flexible and always willing to help with anything that we need. highly recommend!
