Lamar Village Apartments

I’ve lived at Lamar Village for about 1.5 years and really only have good things to say. The leasing office does a good job of notifying us about any maintenance or utility outages, which are infrequent and brief. The maintenance team also gets a shoutout for their help after I overloaded my closet clothing rod and it ripped out of the wall. They did good work in a timely manner and fixed my mistake. The laundry machines are pretty good too. You pay a couple of dollars per load, but it’s not as expensive as some of the laundromats in the area. Invest in a drying rack, if you can. They’re also pet-friendly with a lot of grassy space for dogs to sniff around. There are dog poop bags and trash cans available in these areas. Julia and the staff have been wonderful throughout the whole process and experience of finding an apartment for me and my son. The property has a beautiful courtyard . The apartment itself has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere . I highly recommend anyone looking for apartment here at the Lamar Village. This is where you will feel at home.

I really like living here. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests are seen to quickly. I’m going on my 6 th year here. My only complaint is the trains late at night. Highly recommend this community. ❤️

I have been in my Lamar apartment for just about 3 years and I am still happy here! Rent is very reasonable, I never feel intimidated to ask questions, and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. They also really like to form a sense of community and I have never been at another apartment complex that has done that. 🙂
