Lakewood Oaks

The worst place to live. It's disgusting, everything's covered up. Lots of insects. The apartments are very old. They demand on-time payments but they're useless.

I have lived here almost 3 months. The services are horrible. I haven’t had air for the past six days. I have a sick father-in-law two pets and four kids. My kids and dogs are suffering of heat exhaustion tremendously. I have spoken to Cindy and basically for calling her, it was a problem which she blocked me calling the office is a horrible too because no one is ever there and no one ever gets in contact back with you So I’ve been without air and Basically cindy said to me for leaving a bad review she’s will be taking her time on fixing the air also paid in advance for three months and now in the App there’s a charge and when i I told Cindy about it she got all offended And left me on read and never spoke to me again on professionalism in this apartment complex is ridiculous Also is the s

I have been living here for 4 months and we have a new property manager while she returned to Lakewood but she’s new to me Mrs.Leyla and she absolutely the best, since she been back there has been a big difference in the ground keeping she’s for the community and she treats us like her own family. My place doesn’t have any issues she has made sure everything was fix, she’s involved with the tenants she is always available if we need her. Mrs.Leyla you Rick and welcome back thank you for everything you bring positive to Lakewood Oaks and I would appreciate calling this my home all because of you. I CANNOT BREATH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't understand what's happening. I'm asking for help from the apartment manager, the city, and the television station, trying to get them to help me with my situation, but no one is taking action and helping me. Please, my medical conditions are worsening drastically. I need help. I lived at Lakewood Oaks for 3 years. In those 3 years, the complex changed management about 4 times and I did not have a positive interaction with any of their Office Managers except Stephanie that left the first time the complex changed ownership. All the other managers would solve nothing. I lived in one of the studios at the beginning of the complex. There’s a very loud bar directly across the fence that is open until 2 am and I would constantly be woken up by the people at the bar almost every night, whether it be loud motorcycles, loud people or bar fights at 1:30am. The walls are paper thin and you will hear your neighbors. I would hear the music from my downstairs neighbor every single day, so loud my floors would shake.
