Wash machine quit working and needed a part. The part came in two days later and it was fixed. I had a Plan B in the works and was overjoyed that I didn't have to use other resources. THANK YOU!!

Love how my original review is gone! So here's a new one. Similar to many others, do not expect any communication. Know that your money is all they want. My HVAC is 42 years old. This apartment has never been remodeled in its life. They have the nerve to raise rent every year but don't do anything for the residents that'll make the increase worth it. When I had a roof leak thanks to Hurricane Ian, the maintenance supervisor said he wouldn't be calling a contractor because the rain was "slanted" and that's why my ceiling was leaking. SLANTED RAIN. In 2022, my power bill got all the way up for $240 and the manager claimed that was all due to Dominion raising prices, rather than the freon leak I knew was there. I'm just moved in still getting things moved in. I work alot but the staff was very pleasent.

I love it here. It is clean and quite. The Manager is wonderful. She always asks how you are doing. She also asks about the apartment to make sure all is well there, because with work you sometimes forget to report a problem if there is one. The rooms are large. I love the closets and the washer and dryer. The other people are friendly as well. The maintenance department is wonderful also. If you have a problem, it will be fixed in one to two days at the most. After hours maintenance is speedy also. The location is close to everything. I like that. All in all it is a great place to live. Thank you, Lakewood Garden Apartments!

My original comment is no longer here. There’s so much I could say but PLEASE do not expect your apartment to look like the model which is the office. Everything is outdated. I felt unsafe and the carpets were never replaced. They have a lot with them. Please beware and don’t sign your lease until you view the place!
