We have had the worst time of our life living here. Constant problems with everything form roaches, to mold, to unanswered maintenance requests. The property manager is indiligent; months have gone by without essential maintenance and repairs being taken care of. They have been decent enough to deal with, but the response times and quality of care for the property have been unacceptably lacking. I would not recommend living here until the many problems are dealt with, or unless you have nowhere else to go.
I loved living here! The backyard is amazing for kids. whatever happened to the pool? I don't see it in the photos anymore. also when I live there we were allowed to have pets. We also were given a garden plot. Probably one of the most favorite places I ever lived.
Very quiet location, great MNGMT! Treated with dignity and friendliness!
Nice quiet neighborhood for sure
