Lakeville Townhome Apartments

I had a wonderful experience at Lakeville Townhomes Ms Pat in the office was outstanding ,phenomenal. All ,my questions were answered. She walked outside with me to show me new area for grilling. I was fortunate enough to meet them maintenance man. I think his name is Paris.. He was wonderful as well.I asked him about the Units closet space. I even think ,that I ask them about what could we have on the patio. I can't wait to move in ,in May... Thank you so much Ms Pat and staff for making everything so Easy...

Mrs. Pat made my moving process so quick and easy !! She worked with me and always kept me updated. Property looks clean and well kept even with the construction they have going on trying to build the community some amenities!! I cannot wait to finish moving in and make this my new home!! Thank you Mrs. Pat!!!

I just toured here and cannot say enough good things about Ms. Pat and how she runs the community. First and foremost, as soon as I entered the office, Pat remembered my name, stood up, and greeted me. She showed me pictures of the floor plan I was interested in since she didn’t have anything to show me, and answered my millions of questions regarding the unit. I have no doubt that she keeps this property in great shape and would recommend these townhomes to anyone looking!

Warning…This review is lengthy. Read at your own risk!!! Lakeville Townhomes is a clean quiet & community. Ideal for single living or families. It’s also conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and grocery stores. I'm impressed at the square footage to price comps and hope rates remain reasonable and affordable! I can also appreciate the lawn care team and individual water meter readings. Ms. Pat & Parish make a great team! Always kind and just friendly people. Most units are updated with material comparable to the design era and area. Overall low maintenance which works for me. Speaking from experience, I’ve lived in both the 2 and now 3 bedroom unit. I went inquiry about the 3 bedroom townhouse. I talked to the receptionist she was so helpfully and kind. And she give me all the information I needed. Everyone was kind and helpful .It's so clean and peaceful here . Thank you all,
