Lakeview Tower

I recently visited an uncle who lives in Lakeview Tower for the first time. I was astonished as to how dirty this building was. There is a trail of trash along the street, up the stairs and around the front door. The front steps and huge veranda that extends around the building is blackened with old dirt. The security guard and his desk were the cleanest thing in this building. The mail room and laundry room had trash thrown around the floors. All the walls are in need of a fresh coat of paint and most of the elevators were not working. The residents sat in chairs because of the long wait for one working elevator and they complained about the elevators not working for long periods of time. I recently visited this establishment and I must say I have never met such rude security people in my life. I won’t call them officers because I will be offending other officers that actually do their job they have the most nastiest attitude they feel like they are better than the tenants that live there and they don’t care to show any respect to visitors and tenants mad at the situation of someone’s circumstances you should still treat them with the upmost respect the security guards here need an attitude adjustment and I will not stop until all of the ones they feel they are above their job don’t have their job I am not a tenant there. Hello today was so overwhelming.Our new general manager Ms. Kim Smith and staff gave the residents a beautiful luncheon . I've lived here for 16 yrs. I must say this was the very 1 st residents appreciation lunch. Thanku so much for demonstrating residents matter. At Lakeview towers .Thanku so much I'm looking forward to what's next.
