Lakeview Tower Apartments

The best thing to do with this place is call code enforcement plus call the news and believe me things will get fix immediately.. especially that there are elders, and disabled folks. Many things don't sound right.. pretty sure that those people that have this place 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ are their friends.

I have lived here for about a year. I am disabled and over age 55. I was given the option to move into a new, upgraded apt at a market rent, which was $799 per month. This includes water and electric. I am on Social Security and fixed income. I cannot work anymore. The management and the new owners are planning on raising my rent to probably $899. That is what they are getting with new people moving in. Though people on the top two floors pay $1000 plus per month. Those apartments have more upgrades. I like my apartment and feel safe living here, but I am upset, because, if they raise my rent, I will not have money for food. I've been almost 2 years living here, it has been a lot up and down and the construction company that is working here works badly, they don't finish there work the maintenance man Jeff as to finish. Today it has been 10 days with NO Air Condition, residents that have medical condition like me this has been very stressful. We had to buy to small fans but you still feel the heat. They said a week ago that they needed a part to fix it and it was going to be here overnight. But No Air

Several apartments have been up graded with new appliances,carpet,etc. Several apartments have not had any upgrading at all.(including mine). I've lived here for years. My carpet was installed (probably) in the seventies. Old and stained bad. I had my carpet cleaned twice myself and can't get out the stains. My apartment hasn't been painted for years! They say they don't do that anymore! No regularly scheduled pest control. You have to call and request it and then it's forgotten sometimes. Live roaches crawling up walls in common areas. Dirty entry ways. Stained and no regular cleaning done in hallways. Even though they did put in New hallway carpet . No security workers day, night or weekends. No one at desk after hours or holidays or weekends. No central air conditioning. (AND MUCH MORE!

Property Manager Sharon is compassionate, supportive and an excellent communicator. I am very thankful for the smooth application and move-in process. Staff is wonderful, friendly and kind; much thanks to Seane, Tony, and Jeff! I absolutely enjoy living here, and recommend this property.
