Lakeview Apartments

My heater been down since I moved in into the unit.. first I was told it was due to snow. Now the snow is gone and they keep telling me that they have to talk to the supervisor and call me back . And never calls me back! Next I’m going legal aid and seeing what I can do because it’s shouldn’t take no 1month and half for them to fix my heater. This is crazy

If you’re looking to move in here let it be out of desperation.. look elsewhere. Rented here for about 2 years. Roach infested.very noisy. Laundry room most times don’t work at all. They raise up the rent for no reason.. they installed led outside and decided to raise up rent like crazy. Not worth the price for these apartments.had my car towed for no reason. And I can go on and on about all the complains I have for these apartments. Best decision was giving my notice to move out.

I have lived in this apartment for over a year and have always paid my rent on time. It has now been more than a month since I submitted a maintenance request for a broken stove. Each time I follow up, I am told the request is “in progress” and that new stoves will arrive in two days, but nothing has been done. I was told this was registered as an emergency, yet the issue remains unresolved. Because the stove is not working, we cannot cook and have been forced to spend extra money on food. This delay is unacceptable, and I expect management to resolve this issue immediately.

Find somewhere else to live. The management cares nothing for the tenants. Parking is extremely difficult. We were assigned one parking space when we moved in because parking is extremely limited but the new management removed the assigned parking and so now finding a parking spot is impossible. You will have no peace. There is a constant barrage of ice cream trucks that come through here blaring their music so loud you can hear it inside your apartment and can't drown it out even with your TV blaring. When I asked them to do something about the ice cream trucks their comment was well they've been allowed to come here before and quiet time is not until 10pm. Well I was assigned a parking space before you came here and you got rid of that so why can't you get rid of the ice cream trucks so

I scheduled a tour at this complex last Saturday. Got the confirmation on my email and everything. I even got automated reminders that it was still on. When I got to the leasing office, it was closed and nobody showed up. I literally drove all the way from Carson City to tour only to be ghosted. I never got a message or anything saying that the plans changed. These people are highly unprofessional and I’m glad I dodged a bullet.
