I've lived here almost two years. Had my car broken into dozens of times, landlords refused to get security, homeless camp is located right over the levy ( aka the jungle) homeless /druggies are up and down street day and night... are raising rent for the 3rd time in a year. Definitely not worth $800 for a one bedroom, the acs in the units with keep front room cool but not the bedroom, and the insulation sucks so if it's hot outside you have to keep the a.c. on
place is a dump! don't forget to chain everything down
