Lakeview Apartments

Absolutely horrible since new management took over in mid 2025. Previous management (Westminster) was good, responsive, and personable. New management is the absolute worst. If you want consistent heat, hot water, or cold water for that matter, don't come here. New management thinks its perfectly fine to routinely shut off water service to the entire 160 unit property so they can renovate their apartments for turnover. The only thing they are good for is raising rent and a bad attitude when PAYING tenants have complaints. Future renters be warned. (Long time tenant, but not for much longer).

Frank is awesome. He responds to our maintenance request with such urgency and make sure the job is done. He has made living at the Lakeview Apartment easy for us. Lakeview is lucky to have him. Thank you Frank!

We lived in Lakeview Apartments for 4 years Our experience was very pleasant and we have great memories living there. Awesome barbecue setup and beautiful landscape! We were sad to move but we purchased a home and had to. I have nothing but nice things to say about the apartment management Ebony and maintenance guys like Frank. Great communication with them. Had some of my best memories living there so giving this review 5 stars.

I was planning to move to one of the apartments. The very first day I met with the leasing agent, my first question was “can I park my business van on your parking lot” . The answer was “yes, you can park” Knowing that in all other places I went to I was told I can’t park a commercial vehicle on their property, I asked Ebonie to check again. She returned to me and said “no, you can’t park in our parking lot but we have a private road you can park on” I asked her to check with their property management Ashley and got the yes answer, “you can park”. I even have an email where I ask directly if I can park and mainly, if I will have problems with the police on the “private” road. And I was assured I wouldn’t have any problems.
