Lakeview Apartments

As a Landscaping Vendor for Lakeview we have always been treated well, paid on time ,actually early, and the property is very well kept. For those interested in a reasonably affordable apartment that is safe, great location and clean. This is your home. management is very nice. The residents are even nicer. Don’t know why there was a negative review of a worker not getting paid. If you do your job you get paid promptly. We have for years now. In servicing, I have found with many apartment communities now, the staff is very busy and so have some consideration and patience. Hope this helps.

Rolling into the apartment complex they have a great landscape and then when you reach the office you are greeted by one of the best staff possible in the office and it feels warm and at home in the office. I was able to talk with a young lady named Heather, she was very helpful, she was understanding, and provided great information to whats to come when looking to get a place to live. Her personality was very pleasant, kind, and understanding. After discussing things with her and looking over everything. I'm very confident in my decision making for the future do the the staff at lakeview apartment complex

The apartments are nice! I would have loved to rent one out. I submitted an application in January, I called and emailed to check on it multiple times & was always told that they were extremely busy. It’s now March and I reached out again via email to Isabell to check the status on my application it’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received an approval or denial letter. I was then told when I spoke with Isabell via email that it looks like all of my information checked out and she wasn’t sure why I’ve never received a approval. Now all of the openings are gone. I feel like I wasted $60 on an application fee just to hear 2 months later that I was approved but everything was was open is now not available. I only gave 3 stars because of the lack of communication.

-Infested with roaches -They NEVER CHANGE AIR FILTERS -WILL have maintenance walk in without permission or announcement -Dogs poop everywhere and they don’t enforce it -laundry room floods every other week - lady in office is young and not familiar with what she is doing -they will charge you for a key they never gave you -charged me for a clog sink when I moved in that wasn’t my fault because I JUST MOVED IN -INFESTED WITH ROACHES Don’t live here!!! Not worth the stress

Definitely Love Bethany she is absolutely amazing and is always on top of things and willing to help! I would highly recommend! Anytime I have any issue she has always been able to fix it at immediately! She is the best hands down!!!
