Lakeview Apartments

No stars would be my choice if I could they can't keep management and none of them.properly do.their jobs when they do have one these apts flood and sidewalks flood and they don't want to fix anything without charging fees when the maintenance should already be getting an hourly rate from them should.not be tenants place to pay for maintenance fees and in the winter they don't clear the sidewalks my son and I have done this more than once for them as well as shop vac apts that have flooded due to noone coming to help them .. I just feel like they are poorly managed and the owners have no care the the tenants at all . I have family that live out there and I get so frustrated at how no one takes care of what tenants need done

If I could give a no star, I would! I realize it's low income housing, but these apartments are very run down, trashy and are expensive for what they charge for rent. It floods behind the apartments at certain times a year and water has wrecked some apartments from this. If anything needs fixed, it takes weeks. The manager is only available for one or two days a week and doesn't care about the people who live here. My family member is always scared and doesn't feel safe. He's had his car vandalised twice now by druggies. The alley that runs along the side of the complex, (which is convenient for most seniors to park) is very trechous and sinking in at spots. If you are even contemplating this place, just go see it for yourself before you sign anything. The people who are stuck there will

They dont want to fix things and don't want to take care of the mold problem in them they want the tenants to when it is the landlords responsibility
