Horrible pipes burst I understand but they never fixed it carpet wet child fell needs surgery asking for rent to livevin unlivable conditions wall and ceiling is down wood exposed they did not come in to fix the situation. Horrible my children's first independent living apartment and they were treated like dogs. Horrible

Living here was a TRAUMATIC experience. This is NOT a safe nor peaceful place to live. I assume anyone who chooses to move here after reading this review is desperate with no other options. While I wasn’t on Section 8.. beware that there are section 8 tenants accepted here at this property along with tenants that also pay market rent. 1. There are dozens of unsupervised teens/bullies throughout the complex that pick brutal fights with others including adults. I can remember one kid getting jumped who then ran home crying and came back out with a knife chasing after the attackers before the police arrived on scene. 2. The police is called to the property almost EVERYDAY from different residents for various reasons and most likely disorderly conduct and or domestic disturbances. 3. The Fire

I’ve had such a great experience living here! I’ve had such good luck with Amber G is always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She is always professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful. Any time I’ve needed assistance, Amber made sure everything was handled quickly and with great communication. Her commitment to the residents truly shows in the way they manage the community. I appreciate her hard work and dedication! Overall, I’m really happy with the level of service and the way this property is managed. Highly recommend!
