Editted- because as you can see the complex has responded but still will not RESOLVE the issues. I put a maintenance request in for a loose stairwell railing in JANUARY, the INSIDE, in my apartment stairs, which I discovered when I fell down said stairs and tried to catch myself by the railing, this resulted in a fractured tailbone AND something torn in my shoulder. They have deleted several of my maintenance requests from the system, the railing included, rather than just fixing the problem. Not that it matters, but they obviously do not care they can be held liable for things like this. AC regularly is at 80⁰ I have had to have mine checked 3 times in the last 10 days alone. And for God's sake, how about we hire BILINGUAL maintenance staff since not every home they go into is solely Span

Buckle up boys and squirrels. This is not a good 1. Keep on moving if you are looking for a lovely place to live in. My biggest problem is the maintenance team. It all started on day 1, move in day. I come to the office early in opening hours to pick up my keys. After the day prior having called and confirmed a time, the lovely lady on the phone said anytime in business hours you may pick up your keys, I said great thank you so much, I will see you tomorrow. I arrive and what I think is a different lady is at the desk on this day. I say I am here to pick up my keys, she blinks at me, no one is scheduled to pick up keys today. I said they are, it is me.
